How an engagement runs
A discovery workshop, then a written scope with a fixed price per phase. We build in one- to two-week iterations with a demo each time, launch, and offer an optional support plan.

Questions
Do you work with fixed prices?
Yes, per phase. After a discovery session we write down the scope, the price and the risks we see. Open-ended work runs on a day rate.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in your repository and comes with documentation and tests, so any competent developer can continue the work.
Can you take over an existing application?
Yes. We start with a short audit so you know its real state before anything is changed.
